This stone comes with great color variations. It has a mix of orange, gold, yellow, beige, and gray streaks. You can also notice some peach/pink color spots all over the slab.

donna s.: I'm not sure how dark the cabinets are. I'm thinking Giallo might create more contrast.

Alice: Vyara Gold seems like a contender. You also have to take into account the pattern. That can make a big difference.

My cabinets are toffe finish & tile flooring a similar shade. I love Madura Gold, but not sure if will be too much "monochromatic". Can you recomend a similar one that would be lighter...Shiva Kashmir pink?(401)..Vyara Gold?(457)and still go with cabinets?

Would this go with light golden maple or antique white w/dark brown glaze cabinets? Floors are neutral light golden beige tiles. Also, is this similar to Golden Beach granite? The other granite we like is Exotic Gold. What would the best combination be? Thanks.

Bryan: All are good choices. You did your homework well! I would probably go for Madura or Kashmir because they have movement. But that's just my personal opinion.

I have conemporary Cherry Cabinets in medium-dark red with medium hardwood floors. How would you rank the following granites for a countertop: Kashmir Gold, Madura Gold, St. Cecelia, New Venetian Gold?

ellie: My personal choice would be the Madura Gold. I just like the pattern more. I think it would add more life to the kitchen.
